I understand that, I am a customer a lot of the time, so when I get to see the customers happy because I gave cookies to their kids or even just the food they paid for it makes me smile too. There are some customers who really turn you off, but for the most part they are kind and really don't mean to be rude. It's very complicated and stressful but never for very long periods of time. It should always be a two person thing, but they have one person talking to a person at the window, a person at the headset while getting their order ready and money exchanged at the same time. The hardest part of the job is drive thru. This doesn't mean they cut anybody any slack they expect from you only the greatest, but that makes you only want to show them that you can. The Management team is phenomenal over at LC's they know how to treat a person, and they ensure everyone is comfortable. I learned patience through working with customers and how to properly handle most any body. If it seems that I am currently not being needed I go and straighten the store. I don't care if it's a 1 pizza or a 45 pizza- it's my money and I'm paying I'm n it here to pay Little Caesars to mess up my order. Yesterday I snagged a pizza and some Italian cheese bread and it had been under the what lamp for quite a while. Its easy to get in and out and its usually not too busy at this location. ![]() ![]() ![]() I see where I'm needed most at the time and I go there to help.
